I’m thrilled to share a little about LIMEY and how it all began.

Originally from England—where the nickname “limey” playfully refers to a Brit—I’ve called beautiful British Columbia home for the past 25 years. This is where LIMEY was born, inspired by my love for great drinks and little details that make a big difference.

It all started when I went to prepare my favourite drink, only to find the lemon in my fridge had gone bad—what a letdown! Armed with a small dehydrator and a bit of curiosity, I began experimenting with dehydrating sliced citrus fruits. What started as a personal project quickly grew into something more: a line of products designed for everyone, for every day.
